POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Nationwide Solar Contractor, we play a pivotal role in driving the advancement of the renewable energy infrastructure across the country. We have partnered with some of the largest big box retailers in the nation in order to find and educate consumers. With our nationally recognized brands we provide a trustworthy warranty and experience, for the consumer, from start to finish of their project. You will be responsible for prospecting within big box retail locations, running sales leads, presenting sales proposals, and overseeing the completion of solar projects. You will be supported by the most advanced programs and professionals in the industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attain and uphold a comprehensive understanding of our product range post-training.
- Initiate interactions with shoppers and foster engaging conversations.
- Cultivate new leads within the store environment through customer interaction.
- Receive provided sales leads (reserved for seasoned sales professionals).
- Execute in-home sales presentations post-training.
- Employ technology to efficiently schedule and document all tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation is essential.
- Prior experience in in-home sales presentations and/or contract sales is a prerequisite.
- Comfortability in approaching diverse shoppers in-store and engaging in dialogue is necessary.
- Minimum educational requirement includes a high school diploma or GED; candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication is mandatory.
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, including a background check, is required.
- Consistent demonstration of professionalism is expected at all times.
