Our thriving collision center in Phoenix, AZ is actively seeking a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator/Customer Service Associate. This role is integral to maintaining exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients throughout their car servicing journey.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails, providing assistance to both potential and existing customers
• Liaise effectively between various departments, including insurance companies, customers, estimators, and our car care team
• Accurately input and manage data for parts and customer details
• Maintain open communication with the car care team to promptly address any customer installation issues
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Assist in ordering supplies for the car care center and office team
• Deliver consistently excellent customer service while supporting basic administrative duties

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles
• Proficient organization and attention to detail
• Experience within a car dealership or collision center is advantageous
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure customer situations
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
