The ideal candidate would be bilingual (English and Spanish) and have experience with roofing (commercial and residential); extensive knowledge of Quickbooks (or other ERP system); warehouse experience that includes loading and unloading material using a forklift

Duties include:

Sales/customer service

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following our product/supply checklist for each customer’s specific job and up-selling additional products and supplies for that job
• Answering customer questions and offering product advice
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Arranging for customer product pickup
• Following-up on each delivery to ensure the shipment arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Balancing out cash drawers and preparing bank deposits at the end of each day
• Arranging product displays and layouts to maximize effectiveness
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise
• Perform inventory checks
• Clean work area
• Load customers securely
• Unload material
• Organize material and warehouse
• Other duties as assigned and necessary

Job Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks
• Extensive knowledge of roofing (commerical/residential)
• Sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Warehouse and forklift experience
• Bilingual is preferred (English and Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
