Position Summary: Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest’s stay. Must have a positive and upbeat attitude to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction at all times. The front desk serves as the “hub” of the hotel and ensures that our guests are taken care of and their needs are met. Tasks & Job Duties
Prerequisites: Education: High school or equivalent. Experience: Previous hotel experience preferred. Must be proficient in handling all aspects of customer relations. Well accustomed to cash handling procedures and is able to work in a fast paced environment. Physical: Requires writing, typing, repetitive motions, excellent verbal and listening skills, attention to detail, organization, standing for long periods of time, walking, sitting, and the ability to lift 25 pounds. | ||||||||
