Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Continuing Education is responsible for providing complex administrative support to an executive in the organization. Incumbent is responsible for coordinating daily functions of the office, including facility management, administrative operations, and technical support. Responsibilities include maintaining and coordinating the executive’s calendar, monitoring the work of administrative desk staff, editing website content for department website, preparing and maintaining audit documentation, and coordinating facility use and building space requests.
Required Education/Experience:
Associate’s degree and two (2) years of experience providing administrative support to an organizational executive; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
