Are you a tenacious problem solver with a passion for building strong customer relationships? We are seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Consultant to join our team in Corpus Christi, TX.
In this on-the-road role, you'll work closely with homeowners to diagnose sewer and drain issues, provide expert solutions, and contribute to our growing home services business.
If you're comfortable in crawl spaces, not afraid to get your hands dirty, and are motivated by the potential to earn approximately $100,000 or more per year, we want to talk to you!!
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Engagement :
Work directly with homeowners to diagnose sewer and drain issues, actively listening to their concerns and providing expert solutions.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, building trust and credibility.
Sales Excellence :
Employ a two-man close approach, collaborating with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
On-the-Road Sales :
Meet with homeowners at their properties to assess sewer and drain issues, ensuring you understand the full scope of the problem.
Navigate crawl spaces, ditches, and challenging environments to make the sale.
Sales Targets :
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets to contribute to our company's revenue growth.
Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while on the road.
Basic Plumbing Knowledge :
A basic understanding of plumbing systems is a plus but not required.
Documentation :
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and proposals.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record in sales, ideally in-home services, plumbing, or a related industry.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to conduct two-man closes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trust with customers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of meeting aggressive sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for on-site assessments and sales meetings.
- Comfort working in crawl spaces and challenging environments.
