What you do:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the opportunity to enhance, improve, and add value to our food manufacturing organizations. In this role you will provide recruitment support to the operations leadership teams while utilizing your knowledge to sell opportunity and grow a pipeline of candidates. As a TA Specialist you will:

Manage multiple job openings simultaneously
Conduct phone interviews
Schedule onsite interviews with Hiring Managers
Conduct onboarding appointments
Attend networking events, job fairs, and industry events to build candidate pipeline
Perform candidate sourcing by building active and passive candidate networks
Additional duties as assigned.

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
2 year experience in a recruiting role in manufacturing, light industrial or high-volume staffing
Proficiency in internet recruiting and/or prospecting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish (desired)
