Roskam Foods is Hiring an Enterprise Business Analyst Near Grand Rapids, MI
- Support internal end-users on the use of Roskam’s enterprise systems
- Optimize business processes with new and existing applications
- Investigate issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions
- Implement new enterprise applications and systems
- Serve as Product Owner in Agile Scrum development team process
- Onboard acquired facilities and businesses
- Create technical designs to support development of new systems
- Develop user documentation for business and system processes
- Extract and analyze data to assist business users
- Update and maintain data pipelines and data stores
- Serve as a liaison between IT and users/stakeholders
- Participate in an on-call rotation in a 24x7x365 work environment (approximately 1 week on/7-8 weeks off)
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with relational databases and T-SQL
- Broad knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP and Business Analytics
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- History of meeting deadlines and delivering on commitments
- Analytical thinking with attention to accuracy and detail
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business or data analyst role. Although a related bachelor's degree is preferred, appropriate experience will be highly considered.
