Monday thru Thursday 3:00 pm to 1:30 am
Swing Shift Human Resource Officer Responsibilities:
- Processing documentation and inspecting completed orders.
- Oversee assembly area.
- Oversea Inventory
- Creating and implementing policies and procedures.
- Training, and supervising employees.
- Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the flow of orders from preparation to shipment.
- Documenting processes and reporting to management as required.
- Evaluating carrier performance and resolving issues with orders.
- Complying to regulations and company policies
- Preferred five or more years' experience in Human Resource role.
- In-depth knowledge of sheet metal shops and equipment.
- Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
