RoomOne Solutions is a unique nationwide provider bridging the gap between product and service in the Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) market. We are a solutions provider at scale offering 1) sale of new and refurbished PTACs, 2) installation of PTACs, and 3) removal and recycling of used PTAC units. We serve a growing pool of valued customers, ranging from large brands to independent small-business owners, across the hospitality, managed care, and residential apartment markets. We handle the removal and recycling of used PTACs for thousands of owned properties across the US, processing tens of thousands of units annually. Our facility in Knoxville, TN is EPA certified and keeps hundreds of tons of waste out of landfills each year.
RoomOne Solutions is looking for a VP of Enterprise Sales and Marketing to lead its sales, marketing, and vendor management functions. Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President, Enterprise Sales & Marketing will drive the sales team’s commercialization strategy. We are looking for an individual experienced in setting up and maintaining a robust sales organization, ready to accelerate the revenue growth of a high potential company. This commercial leader will be responsible for end-to-end sales, lead generation and management, marketing initiatives, customer service call center operations, and vendor negotiations / relationship management. As a member of the RoomOne executive team, the VP of Enterprise Sales and Marketing will be a key voice in senior leadership meetings, offering ideas, insights and recommendations on company policies, processes, customer service, new business opportunities, and other topics that improve company results.
Key Responsibilities
To be clear, this is a player-coach role. Your high level of enthusiasm for developing and managing members of the sales team must be matched by your enthusiasm for independently prospecting and closing deals. Additionally, this role includes a high degree of autonomy and self-direction. You will be expected to apply initiative and high judgment to make sure the “right stuff gets done” to hit sales team and company objectives.
