We are seeking a highly motivated IT Help Desk Tech to join our team. As an IT Help Desk Tech, you will provide technical support to our employees, troubleshoot computer issues, and maintain our computer systems.

Responsibilities of an IT Help Desk Tech:

• Maintain network systems and hardware
• Perform regularly maintenance and updates to computer systems
• Provide technical assistance to staff via phone, email or in-person
• Ability to work with outside IT consultants
• Resolve logged errors in a timely manner
• Maintain and check backups
• Maintain databases and ensure system security with periodic testing.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
• Collaborate with outside IT consultants

Seeking Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• 2 years of experience in IT support or related field
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
• Experience with Windows operating systems
• Familiar with Red Hat Linux Ver 7
• Familiar with Sonicwall OS, Virtual lans and VPN
• Familiar with Office 365/MS Exchange online

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
