About the Position
Join our dynamic team as a Management Analyst and be at the forefront of driving impactful change for our federal client in Hanover, Maryland. At Rockwood, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting initiatives critical to our national security, utilizing your expertise in portfolio, program, project, and change management.
As a Management Analyst, you'll dive deep into evaluating existing procedures, processes, and systems, crafting innovative solutions and best practices tailored to our client's needs. Your keen analytical skills will be put to the test as you collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, providing valuable insights to shape the future state of our client's mission.
You'll have the opportunity to create and execute project plans, tracking progress and mitigating risks along the way. Additionally, you'll stay ahead of the curve by monitoring relevant legislation, regulations, and policy proposals, ensuring our client remains agile and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
You will also play a pivotal role in fostering collaborative dialogues and cultivating solutions by leading discussions on change management, governance and effective teamwork strategies.
But that's not all – as a valued member of our team, you'll also have the chance to develop client presentations and deliverables, collaborate in strategy sessions, and build lasting relationships with our clients.
