Inspired by Parisian bistros and old Brooklyn neighborhood taverns, Little Sparrow was named for Edith Piaf, a celebrated singer and lover of boxer Marcel Cerdan (for whom our neighboring Marcel is named). Stewards diligently support the culinary team in an efficient manner during service. He/she must be able to maintain the integrity of the recipe and cleanliness of the kitchen while working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
