RocK’n F Freight, LLC is Hiring a Dispatcher Near Weatherford, TX
RocK’n F Freight is a growing logistics company based in Brock, TX. We are looking for the right person to join our fast paced and challenging environment. We are looking for someone who has good time management skills, a positive attitude, and a great work ethic. If you are self-motivated, detailed-oriented and would like to work in the logistics industry, this is the right opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling freight shipments
- Communicate daily with carriers, customers, and various departments within the company
- Maintain/update carrier profiles by entering data
- Maintain relationship with customers
- Receive/ Request loads and interpret information for posting from customers
- Complete process of shipment includes arranging for forwarding follow-up with tracking and tracing to destination
- Immediately report problems, operation disputes or discrepancies
- Resolve issues respective to meeting client requirements, data input - general customer service inquiries related to tracking & tracing.
- Perform other duties as seen fit for position
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in an office environment
- Ability to solve problems and follow up with issues with urgency
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Must have great customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills via phone and email
- Ability to multi-task, work within time-constraints, and thrive in fast paced environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Preferred previous trucking/freight knowledge and experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
