We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Frac Sand Dispatcher. As a Frac Sand Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of frac sand to our customers in the oil and gas industry. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, communicating with drivers and customers, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of frac sand trucks to ensure timely delivery to customer locations.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide them with clear instructions, pickup/drop-off locations, and any special requirements.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the delivery process.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in a dispatch/logistics position.
• Must have knowledge and experience with Google Sheets (or excel) and Google Docs (word).
• Some logistics software system experience preferred. We use Axon.
• Communicate with drivers, management, customers etc. on multiple platforms.
• Prepare shift update reports for management and next shift.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in dispatching or logistics, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and requirements.
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exhibit exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
