Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Dispatchers that can multi-task in a fast pace environment, in a newly formed team and able to maintain a good attitude in stressful situations. Looking for someone who is a team player and willing to help others.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the coordination of commercial vehicle routing and load planning in order to meet customer service levels.
• Enter data in dispatch system to maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
• Communicates with drivers, dispatcher(s) and supervisors at shift change for current status and issues.
• Follow through to watch progress and assure timely assistance by monitoring the route and status of technicians.
• Must stay aware of information related to jobs, traffic, obstacles, and requirements and providing this feedback to the technicians.
• Manages schedules and assure its adherence.
• Contributes to a fun, upbeat culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Heavy phone experience
• Experience in Microsoft Office

• Working conditions primarily inside an office environment
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
• High level of interaction with external/internal clients

• Full time
• 40 hours
