Position Overview:
Rocc Solid Roofing is seeking an experienced Sales/Production Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of roofing project production, from sales and scheduling to order fulfillment and job completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the roofing industry, with hands-on experience in selling, ordering, scheduling, and building roofing jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of roofing projects, including sales, order processing, job scheduling, and installation.
- Work closely with sales, production, and administrative teams to ensure smooth project flow and successful job completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate efficient operations.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of roofing professionals to meet company goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the roofing industry, including sales, ordering, scheduling, and building roofing jobs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and suppliers.
