Sales manager must be performance driven toward the company goal of exceeding daily and weekly sales plan objectives. A regional sales manager must also maintain high personal and moral standards that uphold the Service Tool Co. vision of "Winning By Being The Best At Satisfying America's Impulse Appetite." A regional sales manager must be willing to travel several states to work with his salespeople.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Weekly travel required, working w/ reps
- Increase volume of region by working closely with sales reps
- Hiring and training of reps in assigned region
- Transmit daily sales reports
- Communicate regularly with customers and reps on new products or service offerings, service issues and complaints. Resolve issues within company guidelines.
- Other duties may be assigned
REGIONAL SALES MANAGERWe offer an attractive base plus commission compensation plan. We offer excellent benefits including :
- Income starting around $75,000 to $106,000 a year and growing, based upon commission overrides on region, no earning cap, unlimited potential
