Role Overview:
We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager with a go-getter attitude and a knack for closing deals. You'll be the face of Divergent Estates in your region, driving property acquisitions, building relationships with property investors, and ensuring guests have exceptional stays. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new property listings in your designated region.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and local stakeholders.
- Implement targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
- Offer consultative advice to property investors on maximizing their returns with Divergent Estates.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to promote properties and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new properties and investors.
