Rocc Solid Construction is a local restoration company. The company specializes in construction (roof, exterior, etc) for homeowners and businesses that have been affected by major weather storms. We strive to help customers reach 100% satisfaction through our services.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Duties:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including door knocking, networking events, and referrals.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards goals.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.

Skills:

- Strong sales skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and close deals.

- Proven experience in business development and account management.

- Technical sales knowledge is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
