Attorney opportunity in Downtown Los Angeles!!!Robert Half is proud to partner with an established California plaintiff firm that has protected the interest of injured Californians for over 75 years. This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator to join the firm's tight knit, well-tenured Los Angeles team as a trial attorney. This is a hybrid role based out of downtown Los Angeles. This attorney will be expected to come into the office one to three days a week initially. The team generally comes onsite at last once a week for strategy and collaboration. Attorney Responsibilities:This attorney will handle trials and trial preparation.This attorney will work with and delegate some work to junior attorneys but should be ready and capable of managing cases from A-Z, including but not limited to:Discovery, including depositions.Law and motion.Court appearances.Pleadings.Communicating with clients and insurance companies or opposing counsel.Compensation, Benefits, Other Perks:Salary between 150 to 225 for 5-10 years of experience.Discretionary year-end bonus based on firm performance, time with firm, merit.Medical, dental, and vision are covered 100% for employee and family on base Kaiser or Blue Cross.Kicks in 1st of the month after date of hire. If the person starts on the 1st, it’s right away.10 vacation days and 10 sick/personal days. 401k, no match but there is a profit sharing.
