Compensation: Potentially a total of $300,000 to $400,000 per year when all commissions and bonuses are considered.
Base salary is about $150,000 to $180,000, depending on experience and employment agreement. In addition, Commissions will be earned for settlements and bigger commissions for verdicts. Depending on performance, commissions for a successful trial attorney will potentially exceed the base salary.
