Compensation: Potentially a total of $300,000 to $400,000 per year when all commissions and bonuses are considered.

Base salary is about $150,000 to $180,000, depending on experience and employment agreement. In addition, Commissions will be earned for settlements and bigger commissions for verdicts. Depending on performance, commissions for a successful trial attorney will potentially exceed the base salary.

Job & Requirements:

• Experience in personal injury litigation is required.
• Only candidates with a track record of personal injury plaintiff side litigation, with settlements and jury verdicts for plaintiffs, will be considered.
• It is required to have a minimum experience of five years with personal injury litigation, and trials as first chair in personal injury auto accidents and/or premises liability cases from the plaintiff side.
• Candidate will be responsible to handle litigation and trials of personal injury cases.
• Tasks will include handling and supervising all aspects of litigation of the attorney’s case load, supervising discovery clerks, handling law and motion, handling depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and trials of personal injury cases.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Spanish is a plus).
• Ability to be organized, and meet deadlines.
