This Project Assistant role is based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and is long-term contract / temporary opportunity.Key responsibilities- Communicate project information to key partners- Supporting project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support- Analyzing data, developing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations- Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete- Documenting meetings and keeping records of assignments and progress- Helping maintain project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to support Project Managers- Making travel arrangements and finding accommodations for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events- Finding information online using research tools
