My client is a Fortune 300 Holding/Investment Company, who's portfolio consists of companies in the retail/CPG/real estate and manufacturing space.They are looking for an exception Tax Accountant, who will report into the Tax Manager.GREAT QUALITY OF LIFE for those of you coming out of public accounting, 9 - 5They are located in the heart of NYC, and are 2 days in and 3 days remote.Compensation is based on experience:The Tax Accountant is between $80k - $100k base 10% discretionary bonus,The role will cover: ○ Assist preparation of annual and quarterly income tax provision ○ Handling other various tax filings (sales and use, property tax etc.), payments and reporting calendar. ○ Assist in tax audits. ○ Assisting with the consolidated tax returns ○ Working with the outside accounting firmWho are you? ○ MUST have tax provision (ASC 740) experience ○ Highly prefer someone who started in B4 or a top regional and then moved into industry ○ Open to a straight B4/top regional tax accountant ○ CPA or parts passed is a ○ Experience with OneSource is preferred ○ 2 years of experience ○ Bachelor’s degree in AccountingExceptional communications skills are required.
