In this role, the responsibilities encompass a range of tax-related tasks. This includes the preparation of federal income tax returns for corporation's subsidiary companies, as well as contributing to the preparation of the consolidated federal income tax return for the corporation. The position involves assisting in the creation of the income tax provision, managing estimated tax payments, and overseeing inter-company tax settlements. Additionally, the individual will play a key role in facilitating international compliance for corporation's subsidiaries operating globally, with a specific focus on assisting with foreign tax reporting. State income tax compliance and the preparation of state income tax returns will also be part of the duties. The Corporate Tax Manager will be involved in researching and analyzing the tax implications of new and proposed tax laws and regulations, as well as maintaining tax software for tax returns and ASC 740 reporting. Furthermore, the position will provide support to federal and state income tax audit functions by responding to information requests.
