Job Title: Systems AdministratorThe Systems Administrator, holding a U.S. Government Secret security clearance, provides end-to-end IT support services, including systems administration, integration, testing, configuration management, and more.Responsibilities:Administer Windows Servers, desktops, SAN devices, and Linux Servers.Maintain SharePoint, Database, File, Print, and Application servers.Perform backups, monitoring, and troubleshooting.Conduct system upgrades and support following organizational requirements.Provide Network, Server, and Desktop administration and help desk support.Install, configure, and administer Windows servers and desktops.Support end-user account management and problem resolution.Collaborate with other administrators to resolve inter-system issues.Work with the Cybersecurity team to address security issues.Provide remote and on-site desktop management assistance.Install, configure, troubleshoot, relocate, and repair desktops and peripherals.Track and provide weekly metrics on completed actions.Supervise a team of IT professionals.Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills.Manage training and certification of team members.Ensure detail and safety-oriented practices.Some travel required.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT (preferred).Minimum 5 years' IT experience.Experience supporting federal government customers.Current technical certification (Security , CISSP, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP).Proficiency in Windows Server, SharePoint, SQL Server, SAN devices, VMWare, and more.Scripting skills (e.g., Powershell).Sedentary work with extended keyboard and monitor use.
