This is a challenging, multi-faceted opportunity in the Green Lake, Wisconsin area, at a company where effort is rewarded. If you have the ability to prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation and be responsible for many aspects of internal reporting during the monthly close, you will be preferred for this position. What you get to do every day- Prepare monthly financial close workbooks to support the month end, quarter end and year end closing process- Coordinate and analyze a variety of financial data, then report it in a way that is useful and understandable- Perform month end close, journal entries, with minimum supervision- Handle intercompany transactions, billings, and reconciliation- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations which include, but are not limited to, cash, prepaid expenses, and payroll- Implement, maintain, and adhere to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP- Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses for management reporting- Become well-versed in month end balance sheet account reconciliations- Regularly maintain and reconcile journal entriesFor immediate consideration, please reach out to Michelle Martin at 414-644-1156 or via LinkedIn.
