Your primary responsibilities will include managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing journal entries.Responsibilities:• Process, verify and post receipts for goods sold or services rendered• Reconcile records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers• Maintain records of invoices, debits, and credits• Utilize accounting software tools like NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for managing and processing transactions• Perform month end close procedures and ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met• Conduct regular ledger maintenance• Handle year-end closing for businesses and tax preparation tasks• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients• Manage more complex transactions and perform high-level bookkeeping• Ensure all team members are working efficiently and effectively to meet client needs.
