For a full job description with company information, and for immediate consideration, please email your resume to Morgan.Racicot(at symbol) roberthalf (dotcom) today! Responsibilities:• Processing payroll for a significant number of employees on a weekly and bi-weekly basis• Utilizing 10-key methods for data entry and other tasks• Handling payroll duties related to Davis Bacon jobs and union employees• Reporting on unemployment and new hires to the state as required• Conducting verification of employment for various purposes• Managing payroll tasks related to garnishments, in-house processes, manual methods, and union-related matters• Overseeing payroll for over 500 employees and processing bi-weekly payroll• Reconciling payroll records and using Viewpoint Vista software as needed• Complying with the Davis Bacon Act of 1931 and managing prevailing wage issues• Administering benefits as part of the payroll process.
