This will include reporting in compliance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (US GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).ResponsibilitiesReports directly to Manager of Financial ReportingAssist in the preparation of financial statements for reporting to the parent company which includes balance sheet, income statement, cash flows and other supporting schedulesCoordinate with local and global accounting departments, as well as Finance, Tax, and Legal to manage reporting solutionsMaintain SOx compliance and coordinate responses to requests made by internal and external auditorsAssist with transition and implementation of new reporting system leveraging automationEvaluate current processes and make recommendation to management regarding improvementsPerform monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement variance analysisAssist with special projects, as neededOther ad hoc duties as assigned
