Robert Half is currently seeking a Treasury Analyst to work in our Morton Grove, IL facility. This role will be reporting into the Treasury Manager. The role is responsible for treasury and working capital related functions and reporting. You will be part of our Finance Team directly supporting the drive balance sheet and cash flow improvement. This role collaborates with individuals throughout the finance organization.
Working Capital Reporting preparation and submission.
Cash Forecast Reporting preparation and submission.
Maintain cash movement daily logs.
Daily Review of bank statements.
Maintain banking relationships.
Set up new bank accounts and services and troubleshoot treasury related matters.
Coordinate bank inquiries and payment issues including credit card chargebacks.
Perform wire transfers/ refunds
Review tax payments and perform reconciliations.
Review and monitor credit limits of customers
Assist with bank and client audits
Manage cash application team
Monitor ACH returns/ stop payment checks
Perform month end close responsibilities including journal entries and Reconciliations.
Monitor ERP cash movement transactions working with IT and cross functional group to resolve system errors.
Ensure compliance with standard procedures and risk mitigation measures.
Proactively communicate and escalate issues and concerns to team leadership.
Develop and maintain positive partnerships within finance and cross functional teams.
