This role will routinely partner with others across multiple functions, ensuring proper alignment with policies and procedures for financial reporting. Responsibilities:- Responsible for assisting with all aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close in a timely manner, including preparing journal entries.- Prepare reconciliations including accrued expenses, fixed assets, and bank and credit card reconciliations.- Communicate with the internal department regarding budget versus actuals.-Maintain fixed asset records-Assist with preparation of tax returns, Forms 1099, external and internal audits with requested data
