With a diverse portfolio of products and services spanning multiple sectors, including e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence, this organization continues to redefine the way people interact with technology.Location: Seattle, WA or Palo Alto, CA preferred (will consider remote PST candidates)Hours: 40 hours/weekDuration: 11-month contractPay Rate: $60-69.50/hourResponsibilities:Conduct research, develop, and iterate on new concepts and experiential prototypes to enhance visual shopping applications.Define customer experience (CX) strategy and create conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for testing and iteration.Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists to analyze customer behavior and generate ideas for improving the shopping experience.Work closely with the engineering team to develop production-grade design deliverables and provide post-launch support.Develop and maintain detailed UX specifications and design patterns.Present design work to the product team, design team, and company executives for review and feedback.Advocate for customer-centric design principles within the Visual Search and AR team and across the organization.
