Whoever fills this role is expected to be promoted quickly. ResponsibilitiesReconcile cash activity within custodial bank accounts including both domestic and international accountsManage email communications from fund managers and maintain fund documents used in quarterly valuation and close processReview quarterly fund financials, investor statements, and expense memos prepared by third-party administratorVerify management and incentive fee calculations and prepare capital contribution and distribution noticesUnderstand new deals and ensure proper accounting treatmentSupport quarterly valuation process and analyze changes in market values from prior periodsPrepare financial schedules and footnotes to support annual audit and tax compliance needsAssist with analysis of performance and quarterly reporting to fund investorsAd hoc requests and reporting
