Responsibilities include:• Implementing and utilizing data management tools, including data quality and business/technical metadata catalogs.• Undertaking master data management projects with a focus on company or person disambiguation.• Creating datasets from a variety of disparate sources to facilitate data governance initiatives and processes.• Performing data mining on large datasets to supplement data governance quality improvement initiatives.• Utilizing SQL and Python to manage both relational and non-relational databases, database structures, and unstructured databases.• Developing a strong understanding of data quality frameworks within data lifecycle management.• Driving data quality initiatives and resolution.• Engaging in process improvement, workflow, benchmarking, and evaluation of business processes.• Writing various documents such as functional requirements, data quality rules, and policy definitions.• Preparing and managing datasets for data governance and quality improvement initiatives.
