Our client provides fantastic benefits, a hybrid work arrangement, and ongoing training and development. As they embark on an ERP implementation to SAP S/4Hana, they are looking to expand their team. Responsibilities: • Serve as primary SAP contact for users, handling requests, resolving issues, and enhancing user experience.• Offer SAP support during cut-over, go-live, hypercare, and sustainment activities.• Help align business priorities, requirements, testing, and training.• Oversee functional testing, system integration testing, and solution validation.• Document business requirements, analyze existing applications, propose solutions, and implement technology solutions.• Manage the maintenance of the SAP system, including new user setup, permissions, and data loading.• Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow.• Generate and update reports and dashboards.• Execute data analytics and respond to ad hoc requests.
