The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in identifying potential customers, setting up appointments, and presenting our services.Responsibilities:• Identify potential customers within the Miami Dade County area for our logistics solutions• Make calls to set up appointments with potential clients• Visit potential customers to introduce and present our services• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales activities• Use Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, to manage and report on sales activities• Handle customer complaints, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new customers• Perform cash activity and closing processes as required• Provide exceptional customer service at all times• Participate in outside sales activities to promote our services and build client relationships.
