Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client looking for a Recruiter for an interim opportunity.This contract position will play a key role in our client's recruitment efforts. Responsibilities include recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers on hiring best practices; as well as planning, implementing, and evaluating employee recruitment plans.Your responsibilities in this role- Maintain department reports and records- Determine if candidates are fit for positions by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements- Study organization plans and objectives and collaborate with managers on internal hiring needs in order to establish recruiting requirements- Assist with onboarding new hires- Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices
