We are seeking an organized and efficient Receptionist for a retail company located in Seattle, Washington. This role involves welcoming and assisting guests, answering phone calls, maintaining the front desk area, and managing stationery supplies. The Receptionist will also be responsible for coordinating mail, maintaining meeting rooms and kitchens, and managing facility requests.Responsibilities:• Greet and assist guests and employees, ensuring a welcoming environment• Answer and direct phone calls, responding to voicemails as needed• Keep the front desk area and guest lounge clean and organized• Distribute access cards to employees as required• Manage and order stationery supplies, maintaining adequate stock levels• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stationary supply rooms• Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of mail• Conduct daily walkthroughs of meeting rooms and kitchens to ensure cleanliness• Manage facility requests and allocate them to the Building Manager when necessary• Utilize skills in Customer Service, Administrative Assistance, and Daily Scheduling to ensure smooth operation of the reception area.
