We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist, or what we affectionately term as an "Experience Ambassador," to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors, guests, and staff. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome all visitors, guests, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate person or department and taking messages when necessary.
3. Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries promptly and accurately.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism and values of our organization.
5. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings as needed, utilizing calendar management tools effectively.
6. Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
7. Assist with special projects and events as assigned by supervisors or management.
8. Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
