Passero Associates’ Rochester, NY Office has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to support the operations of our growing company. The high-energy candidate we seek possesses exceptional customer service skills to perform receptionist duties and provide administrative support to multiple departments. 

Qualifications/Experience

• AAS in Office Technology, Business/Office Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a professional services setting; experience in the Engineering/Architecture industry a plus
• Available in office between 16-20 hours per week, part-time
• Receptionist/switchboard experience a plus
• MS Office Suite skills required
• Adobe Acrobat experience, a plus
• Strong commitment to client service, supporting both internal & external customers
• Strong word processing, grammar, punctuation & proofreading skills
• Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills to successfully interface with clients, colleagues and agencies
• Self-starter, accountable, works well independently and with teams
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment 
• Records management experience, a plus
• Event planning and travel coordination experience, a plus
