We are in search of a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role is primarily involved in coordinating with our Security and IT teams, with a focus on process improvement and workload management. The position involves working in an Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall environment, with Asana as the main project management tool. This role offers a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Manage projects related to the Security team and IT team, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.• Implement project management methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall to streamline work processes.• Utilize Asana for project management tasks, including tracking project progress, assigning tasks, and managing workflows.• Oversee project plans and cost accounting, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately and not exceeding the budget.• Categorize incoming work and measure input funnels to effectively distribute tasks among team members.• Monitor individual team members' workloads and determine the most efficient assignment of tasks.• Identify and manage dependencies within the project to prevent potential bottlenecks.• Facilitate meetings to discuss project progress, potential issues, and solutions.• Implement a framework for separating ad-hoc tasks, fires, and planned work to increase efficiency.• Utilize skills in budget processes, Asana, Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall to effectively manage projects and drive process improvement.
