Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This role primarily involves managing end-to-end software implementation projects within the telecom industry, coordinating with various teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage software implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure alignment and progress
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track
Conduct regular status meetings and project reviews to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure transparency
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of software solutions
Evaluate project outcomes against predefined metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing lessons learned for future projects
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, and EO/IR systems
Knowledge of About Time, AB Testing, Budget Processes, Deliverable, and Design
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant, with a strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required for tracking and managing project tasks efficiently.
Knowledge and experience in Cloud Technologies, with the ability to guide teams in leveraging cloud resources.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for managing client relationships and interactions.
A background in Database management and ability to work with data-driven systems.
Experience with EO/IR systems for effective project monitoring and control.
Proficiency in About Time for efficient time tracking and project management.
Knowledge of AB Testing methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
Familiarity with Budget Processes for effective financial planning and control.
Ability to produce Deliverables within specified timelines and quality standards.
Solid understanding of Design principles and ability to guide teams in design-related tasks.
