Building maintenance and restoration services organization is looking to hire a Project Analyst/Accountant to their team. They are located in the office full time/5 days a week - so are seeking locally based candidates only.The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our projects, including bill production, payroll, profit and loss (P& L) reporting, project finances, and procurement processes. This position is crucial for ensuring the financial success and efficiency of our projects. Responsibilities: 1. **Billing and Invoicing:**• Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients in accordance with project milestones or contractual agreements.• Maintain a comprehensive record of billing activities, ensuring that all billable items and expenses are properly documented. 2. **Payroll Management:**• Administer and oversee payroll processes for project team members, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of wages.• Stay informed about labor regulations and tax requirements to ensure compliance in all payroll-related activities. 3. **Profit and Loss (P& L) Reporting:**• Prepare P& L reports that provide a detailed financial overview of each project, including revenue, costs, and profitability.• Analyze P& L statements to identify areas for cost control, revenue enhancement, and improved project financial performance. 4. **Project Financial Management:**• Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and income to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.• Monitor financial performance against project objectives and provide insights for decision-making.5. **Procurement and Purchase Orders (POs):**• Oversee procurement processes for project-related subcontractors and materials.• Issue and manage purchase orders to facilitate the acquisition of necessary resources, ensuring compliance with project budget and schedule. 6. **Financial Documentation:**• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.• Ensure all project financial documentation is readily available for audits and reporting.Please send resumes directly to saravana.velayutham@roberthalfIf you are already working with one of my Permanent Placement colleagues in the Tristate area, please reach out to them about this position quoting Job Reference number: 02940-0012861867
