Job Description:
- Partner with Project Managers to review and track project performance, including variance analysis, earned value, cash flow and profitability
- Prepare monthly client invoices in accordance with company procedures, client requirements and terms and conditions of the contract
- Prepare and submit monthly reports per project loan agreements within strict deadlines
- Monitor invoice aging and manage cash collections
- Reconcile project accounts with accounting reports
- Participate in project meetings and complete project close-outs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in accounting, finance or other related field required
- 1 – 3 years experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Desire to learn in a fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
