We are offering an exciting Contract Opportunity for a FULLY REMOTE Procurement Analyst in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry (expected duration 6 months). Based in NYC, this role involves managing the procurement process for all outsourced services related to the company’s clinical trials and ancillary services. This contract role requires cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure effective sourcing execution. This role requires experience managing suppliers (i.e., CROs, Clinical Labs, etc.) across the development pipeline, and interfacing with internal functions such as Clinical Operations, Data Management, Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Safety, and others. In collaboration with the client’s Clinical and Medical leadership, this role will lead sourcing initiatives, including generating requests for proposals and negotiating contracts for new and existing clinical vendors.Responsibilities:• Lead efforts in developing vendor bids (RFI/RFP), contracts, budgets, and managing proposals.• Build and maintain internal cross-functional and external supplier relationships to support the development of clinical programs.• Establish clear deliverables through the sourcing process for internal business customers and suppliers.• Collaborate with Business Owners, stakeholders, vendors, and legal teams to facilitate the review of various documents such as CDAs, CTAs, MSAs, Consulting Agreements, SOWs, Amendments/Change Orders.• Manage the vendor selection process, including coordinating bid defenses and proposal reviews.• Manage contract lifecycles in collaboration with other functions.• Participate in vendor governance meetings as needed.• Participate and/or assist in measuring and reporting on supplier performance through issue resolution and/or KPIs.
