Key Responsibilities:

·Develop refined specifications and outputs viaregular Stakeholder meetings

·Perform analysis of the requirements and ensurethe integrity of the solutions provided by external sources meets the business needs

·Ensuring the required solutions are implementedas per the specification by vendors and/or internal service providers

·Leading internal and external developers in theeffort to provide solutions

·Develop processes and process controls as neededbased on ongoing Query log. Be able to articulate visually before/after/gapanalysis to establish success metrics

·Develop UAT and stakeholder tested scenarios toensure that deployments are well tested

·Work with other disciplines within theorganization to ensure that the proper integration effort is being conductedfor the functions supported by Procurement

·Ability to multitask several ongoing issues.This involves the ability to assess priority and make appropriate decisionsquickly and effectively

·Provide project management discipline inensuring that deliverables are met in terms of timelines & quality. Thisincludes prioritizing correctly and managing & monitoring progress,escalating issues in a timely manner

·Must be comfortable in a team orientedenvironment and possess skills to “win over” the trust of a broad user baseacross multiple functions (e.g. finance, legal, IT)

Skills:

·5-7 years of experience

·Experience in Sourcing and Procurement isrequired, Finance skills are a plus

·Ability to work with business and functionleaders to understand their requirements

·Ability to clearly document and communicateoutputs into working business processes and procedures (formal andinformative), allocating accountability as required

·Project management experience and the use ofassociated tools is required

·Excellent written and verbal communicationskills

·Effective presentation skills, written and oral

·Self-driven -- Ability to lead projects frominitiation to completion

·Ability to multitask several ongoing issues.This involves the ability to assess priority and make appropriate decisionsquickly and effective
