Robert Half is in need of a project professional for an interim Payroll Manager position in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt industry. In this contract Payroll Manager role, you will handle all aspects of payroll operations (vendors, systems, processes and integration). This short-term contract / temporary employment opportunity is based in the Moultonborough, New Hampshire area.Your responsibilities in this role- Support payroll staff as well as operations- Observe and manage internal and external audits- Review and improve current processes by recommending, leading, and working on projects- Identify financial trends by conducting payroll analysis- Take charge of record keeping and control systems to maintain internal safeguards- Handle pre- and post-payroll auditing/reconciling procedures and troubleshoot anomalies- Partner with other areas in Finance, as well as Human Resources, Tax, IT, and other departments as necessary for reporting, compliance and strategic analysis- Work alongside fellow members of senior Finance leadership team
