Responsibilities: • Support attorneys in global trademark counseling and prosecution• Run clearance searches in-house and through our search vendor, preparing reports for clients• Research ID manual and prepare classes and descriptions of goods and services• Gather filing particulars and manage new and ongoing trademark applications via USPTO and WIPO• Engage with foreign counsel and clients, managing the gathering and delivery of supporting documents and information• Conduct weekly meetings with attorneys and docketing team• Maintain electronic files for all matters• Assist in enforcement work, including C& D, takedowns, investigations, TTAB actions, UDRP domain name dispute proceedings, etc.• Contribute to promotions and advertising, including sweepstakes and contests• Prepare, file, and manage U.S. copyright filings• Provide litigation support as needed• Utilize WebTMS docketing software for portfolio management.
