We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our client in Century City in Los Angeles, California. This role is within the real estate litigation industry and will require the successful candidate to support our team in a variety of legal tasks, including assisting with real estate litigation matters, eviction and bankruptcy procedures, and trial preparation. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: • Execute and follow up on real estate litigation matters including notices, complaints, and collection forms.• Assist with pre-judgment attachments and collections.• Draft initial discovery and participate in the discovery process.• Handle eviction and bankruptcy procedures.• Aid attorneys with partnership disputes.• Prepare and organize for upcoming trials.• Utilize skills in Discovery, Eviction, Commercial Real Estate, Draft Documents, Draft Legal Documents, Bankruptcy, and Trial Preparation.
